Impact Virginia July 11 - 17
|
is our “classic” one week construction mission opportunity for teenagers. The projects will have between 250 and 300 participants and will focus on home repair and renovation. Morning and evening worship celebrations will help begin and end the day of work with the right spirit and attitude.
The dates for Impact are July 11-17 in Louisa. This is a wonderful mission that helps out many needy Communities. It allows the teenagers to get out there and help face to face with people in need. The teenagers that have helped out with this mission in the past have said that they are humbled by the strong faith in God that most of these people have, even when they are living in horrible conditions. Please be in prayer for these youth and their leaders. The youth will be running some fundraisers soon to help raise the money for this mission. The youth are doing wonderful things in our community. Please help to support them by donating to Impact Virginia and other youth programs.
The youth are volunteering at the Head Start Program once a month. They provide child care so the parents can attend meetings.
Rent a youth
Wallers Baptist Youth are raising money to attend Impact Virginia in Louisa County this summer. While there, they will be performing various missions with area families.
