CURRENT ANGEL FOOD ORDER FORM

PLACE AN ORDER

Thank you for your interest in our Angel Food program at Wallers Baptist Church.  Wallers is very excited about this ministry.  Through this ministry we are able to minister to our community in ways other ministries cannot.

Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization that began in 1994 and is dedicated to providing grocery relief and financial support to communities throughout the United States.

Angel Food is available in a quantity that can fit in a medium sized box at $30 per unit.  Each month's menu is different and consists of both fresh and frozen items.

Generally, one unit of food will feed a family of four for about one week.  The food is of the same quality of the food that you buy from your local grocery stores.  You will never receive "seconds" or "day old" products.

In addition to the regular units, specialty boxes, which consists of steaks, chicken and pork are offered.

There is no limit to the number of units or bonus foods that an individual can purchase.  There are no qualifications, minimums, income restrictions, or applications in order to purchase from Angel Food.

There are several ways you may place your orders:

  • Place your order at the Wallers church office Tuesday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  When placing your orders you may pay with cash or food stamps.  The Secretary's office will have copies of the menus and order forms for you to fill out if you do not already have them.
  • Place your order online through our web site www.wallersbaptist.com.  When placing your orders you may use your credit or debit card.  On our web site's home page there is a link that will take you to the Angel Food page where you will be directed to Angel Food's web site.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call the church office at 540/582-5703.

When you come to pick up your food, please bring bags/boxes to put your food in.  Thank you!

It doesn't take monumental feats to make the world a better place.
It can be as simple as letting someone go ahead of you in a grocery store.

If a brother or sister is without clothes and lacks daily food,
and one of you says to them,
"Go in peace, keep warm and eat well,"
but you don't give them what the body needs,
what good is it?
